Personality: Feliciano is laid-back (sometimes a bit too much so), cheerful, and could be considered lazy. He'd rather surrender than fight, and will run from a situation if there is the potential he could be in the least bit harmed. He has a love for pasta, and often thinks of the next meal. He also likes to paint and sing.
Background: As a child, Feliciano was raised by his grandfather until he one day disappeared. Afterwards, he went through foster home after foster home, and eventually ended up being adopted by a retired muggle-born witch. For the first few years he lived with her, he showed no signs of magical talent. He was also mistaken regularly for a girl and managed to make friends with one of the other foster children, a little blond boy, before the boy was sent off to another home. He grew out of his feminine look, for the most part, and was surprised to find, out of an incident involving his foster mother's couch turning into a giant pile of pasta, that he could perform magic.
His first year in Hogwarts, Feliciano was reunited with his older brother, Lovino, whom he'd only met a handful of times prior. Unfortunately, his brother would join in with a few of the other children in picking on him, which caused him to become more cowardly and an easy target for scape-goating.
His second year went by a bit smoother, with him making more friends and not being bullied as much.
Feliciano excelled in his Art & Art History and Music classes, but failed horribly in Potions.
